Mr. Jeff Stinson founded and leads HealthTech Arkansas, a healthcare accelerator and early stage investment fund that immerses world class, early stage healthcare companies from around the country into Arkansas’ leading hospital systems and physician practices. Additionally, Jeff founded and serves as executive director of the Fund for Arkansas’ Future, an “angel” investor fund that invests in early stage, Arkansas-based companies. Across two funds and with about 100 members across the State of Arkansas, FAF has invested $10.6 million in 36 Arkansas tech startups. He served as director of TechLaunch, the technology transfer office at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, from 2012 through 2015, where he implemented a number of programs to increase invention disclosures and promote cross-campus collaboration in technology development. In 2015, Jeff founded the Delta I-Fund, a private version of the National Science Foundation I-Corps program. Since its founding, the I-Fund has trained over 300 innovators in the Delta region and invested $1 million in the development of their businesses. Overall, Jeff has founded or co-founded and led five private investment funds inside Arkansas. He has served on a large number of boards, including Advisory Board for TechPreneur, and Arkansas Venture Forum Committee, and as a mentor for the ARK Challenge business accelerator and Venture Center FinTech accelerator. Jeff is a 2006 Arkansas Business “40 Under 40” honoree.
