Dr. Lilla Dale McManis

Dr. Lilla Dale McManis is an educational psychologist with a concentration in learning and cognition. She has over 15 years of experience in technology platform development. Beginning in state service, moving into a university setting, and then into industry, she has worked hand-in-hand with software developers in the planning, execution, and launch of platforms and products in ed tech and health tech. Dale has deep experience in strategic planning and project management and has been responsible for multi-million-dollar projects. For the past five years, she has focused on startup entrepreneurship, holding executive team positions in two companies and advising several others. Dale has held positions as Lead Evaluator at the Massachusetts Department of Education, Co-Director of the Office of Statistics and Evaluation at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Faculty at the University of Texas School of Public Health and Medical School, Research Director for Hatch Early Learning, Inc., Director of Childhood Education at Electus Global Education Co. Inc., and Chief Knowledge Officer at Face2Face Health, LLC. Now, along with two other founders, she has launched NeuroMedPro, LLC and serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
