Presenting our work at ILAE 2023 https://neuromedpro.com/2020/11/13/hello-world/ Fri, 13 Nov 2020 20:49:15 +0000 https://neuromedpro.com/?p=1 Mark will be presenting A Machine Learning Model for the Detection of Focal Cortical Dysplasia in FLAIR MRIs at the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) 2023 Conference in Dublin, Ireland in September. Founded in 1909, the ILAE has more than 120 chapters. Their vision “is a world in which no person’s life is limited by epilepsy”. We couldn’t agree more.

Additionally, the ILAE is starting a new section called Neurotechnology in Epilepsy and Mark will be attending the inaugural session. The section is defined as “a global network of people interested in developing and using technology for epilepsy management, including but not limited to neural sensing, imaging, modeling, stimulation, interfacing, AI and informatics using bioengineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science. Examples are post-processing of EEG and MRI data, AI, wearables.” Sounds exciting!
